During disruption we do our best to provide replacement transport and alternative arrangements for customers to complete their journeys. If you take alternative transport to meet a connection or to complete your journey, as a minimum you will be entitled to a partial refund for the leg of the journey you were unable to take.
Where we are at fault and there were no other options available we will refund any of your out of pocket expenses including taxis, hotels, parking costs, missed flights etc. as well as the unused portion of your ticket.
In order for us to consider these claims you will be required to provide evidence of these losses in the form of receipts to support your claim. You will also need to provide a image of the ticket you used for travel.
