If we identify that the delay you suffered was caused by another train operator then we will forward the details of your claim to the operator responsible. In order to protect your data we send an email each day at 00:00 to the responsible train operator so that they can access our secure file server and download the details of your claim.
Your claim will remain on the secure file server until this is accessed and retrieved by the train operator responsible for your delay.
We will email you to confirm that we have done this and to make you aware that we have rejected your claim on this basis.
