If you attempt to buy a ticket from one of our ticket vending machines and you encounter a problem as a result of the machine loosing connection, the ticket machine should cancel the transaction and issue a failed transaction receipt.
On a few rare occasions the money may be debited from your account. In this scenario we will investigate this for you and ensure you are refunded.
We need the following information from you:
- The station you bought your ticket at
- The date and time this happened
- An image of your bank statement showing the debits
- An image of the failed transaction receipt
