Lost Season Ticket
A monthly (or longer) season ticket can be replaced at the station it was bought from, but an administration fee will be charged. Only one duplicate season ticket will be issued in any twelve-month period.
If you purchased your season ticket online then please call our retail support team on 0344 8115111 and select option 3.
7 Day season tickets cannot be replaced.
All other ticket types
Unfortunately, only season tickets can be replaced.
