If you have a disability that prevents you from using one of our ticket machines or the ticket office at your station is not accessible then don’t worry. Our staff are trained to understand that in some circumstances it’s not possible for everybody to use these facilities.
We recommend that you board our service at the rear carriage and the conductor will sell you the ticket you require. Not all disabilities are visible so if one of conductors or revenue officers asks why you have not purchased a ticket or obtained a promise to pay notice prior to boarding, then please discreetly explain to them the nature of your disability if you are comfortable in doing this.
