We’re really sorry we let you down………..
If you have been unable to travel using your season ticket due to the cancellation of our service or due to disruptions you are entitled as a minimum to a refund of the journey you were unable to under take with us. In order for us to compensate you we need the following information:
- Details of your planned journey and the reason you didn't travel
- An image of your season ticket or Smart Card.
What if I incurred additional out pocket expenses because of the cancellation or disruption I suffered?
Where we are at fault we will refund any of your additional out of pocket expenses including Taxi’s, Hotels, Parking costs, Missed flights etc in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
In order for us to consider these claims you will be required to provide evidence of these losses in the form of receipts or any other evidence that is required to support your claim dependent on the individual circumstances.
You will also need to provide a image of the season ticket or smart card you used for travel.
