In order to prevent fraudulent claims we need to see an image of your actual ticket. Each ticket retailed as a unique ticket number and this ticket number is entered into and read by our delay repay system.
This prevents multiple customers submitting claims with the same ticket image. We can not accept receipts or booking confirmation emails unless there’s an actual ticket number visible on the receipt.
Any claims submitted without a valid ticket will be rejected. If you travel via a station with ticket barriers and suffer a delay always ask a staff member to allow you to exit the station so that you can retain your ticket.
