We always recommend that customers create an account on our delay repay portal. From here you can directly appeal any of your rejected claims.
If you did not create an account when submitting your claim then you can appeal a rejected claim by email email@example.com please ensure you quote your delay repay claim reference number and your grounds for appealing.
A proportion of the claims submitted on the portal are automated with zero human touch based on the information inputted into the claim form. We know that on occasions mistakes are made so we will review our position and update you accordingly.
If the appeal is rejected then information will be provided to enable you to make a complaint and this will be reviewed by a dedicated customer complaint manager in our customer experience centre.
