If you have lost an item of property on board one of our trains or at one of our stations we will do our best to find the item for you.
Some stations have dedicated lost property providers that you can contact directly. Their details are below:

Our customer experience centre will contact our stations and depots on your behalf and also create a lost property case in our system. If we locate your item we will let you know.
We do not keep any perishables and items of lost property are retained for up to three months.
To report an item of lost property please call 0800 200 60 60 between 7am and 10pm 7 days a week.
Once you have identified the property as yours, it cannot be put back on a train for security reasons, so you will need to collect it from that station or arrange for a courier to transport it for you.
