If you attempt to buy a ticket from one of our ticket vending machines and you encounter a problem as a result of the machine loosing connection the ticket machine should cancel the transaction and issue a failed transaction receipt.
On a few rare occasions the money maybe debited from your account as the transaction completed but no ticket is dispensed other than the failed transaction receipt. Don’t worry we can investigate this for you and ensure you get refunded.
We need the following information from you:
- What station was the TVM used at
- The date and time this happened
- An image of your bank statement showing the debit's
- An image of the failed transaction receipt if you still have it
