On Monday the 11th April we moved to a new delay repay system, don't worry we migrated all existing customer accounts. However we do need you to reset your passwords and select an new preferred payment method.
If you already have a delay repay account with us or have used your email address to claim before please click the forgotten password link at the bottom of the new delay repay landing page.
You will be then taken to the following screen, please input the email address you used to access your delay repay account or the one you have used when submitting claims to us in the past. Hit the send verification code button and the system will then email you a verification code.
Your verification code should arrive within a couple of minutes and the screen will change to the following
Input your email address and the verification code and setup a new password then press the Reset password button. The screen below will then be displayed and you will be able to access our new delay repay system and review any historic claims that have been completed.
